Celebrate milestones or cultivate new ideas in our adaptable 2,000-square-foot hall. Kids’ parties pop with colorful décor stations; graduation dinners sparkle beneath adjustable chandeliers; worship services enjoy serene acoustics; and corporate workshops appreciate breakout corners and high-speed internet. Each booking includes set-up and breakdown assistance, tables, chairs, and access to a private lounge. Optional add-ons—balloon arches, themed backdrops, livestream production—transform the space into whatever you imagine, all minutes from downtown Yonkers parking.

Booking is effortless. Submit the inquiry form or call 914 562 3632 with your preferred date, guest count, and event type. Our coordinators respond within one business day to confirm availability, arrange a walkthrough, and tailor a package. Once you approve the quote, a quick e-signature and deposit secure your reservation. Final details such as seating charts, décor selections, and media requests are finalized two weeks before your event, ensuring a smooth, stress-free celebration.

Our standard rate for the event space is $200 per hour. However, we’re currently offering a special rate of $150 per hour with a minimum booking of 4 hours. There is a $50 Administrative fee and a refundable $50 garbage removal fee as well. To secure your date, a deposit equal to half of the total fee is required. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to your event. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable! A DJ is welcome, although it’s not mandatory; we can also recommend DJs for hire if needed. Our sound system is Bluetooth-compatible.

We have a 100-inch projector available for rental, perfect for showcasing pictures or videos, especially during memorials. You are welcome to bring your own food, or we can suggest a caterer, as there is no kitchen on-site. Tables and chairs are not included in the rental; however, we offer our round cocktail tables and chairs for an additional fee of $100. We can also recommend affordable companies that provide square tables, chairs, tablecloths, and even bouncy houses for children’s parties, with delivery and pickup for your convenience.

You’re free to decorate the space, and we have decorators available for hire if you prefer. Please refrain from using confetti or tape on the walls. Photography services are available at $75 per hour if desired. For adult events, alcohol can be sold with a valid liquor license, which we can supply for a fee. We can also arrange for a cash or open bar with a bar guarantee of $250. Smoking is strictly prohibited. There is a fire 🔥 alarm 🚨 on the premises which is connected to the fire department any smoking will warrant the fire department and your event will be shut down without refund. Clients must bring their own toilet paper, paper towels, and large garbage bags for the event. To receive your $50 garbage removal fee back, all trash must be cleared from the premises.
